All players greeted individually upon arrival on our driveway and directed to the bag drop
Bags are handled and loaded on carts for all players
Participants are greeted in the lobby, pavilion or at the practice tee
Pairings and Alphabetical lists prepared by staff
On-Course competitions, such as Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, Long Putt
Tournament sponsor signage placed on course by StoneRidge staff and collected after play
Carts are conveniently staged directly behind driving range tee with cart signs and starting holes
Welcome letters and official scorecards placed in carts
Complimentary range balls for all participants
Range equipped with 8 speaker PA system for music or announcements

On-course beverage service (two carts available) and rangering provided
There are two on-course permanent restrooms conveniently located on each side of the property every 2-4 holes

Two beverage carts available for on-course service along with convenient access to clubhouse

Pavilion and pre-function bar can host up to 250 people and is a perfect location for post event presentations and silent auctions
PA system with two wireless microphones are available for your use and we have power available for outside vendors
Business class Wi-Fi access available throughout clubhouse
Hosted or cash bar available with 1-2 bartenders depending on group size
Club Policies for Group Outings …
All outings of 24 or more players require a $2,500 deposit, an initial estimate of the number of players, and completion of StoneRidge Golf Club’s contract
Payment in full for golf will be due 21 days in advance
Food, beverage and any other ancillary charges will be due the day of the event
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and American Express
Only food & beverage product supplied by StoneRidge will be allowed on property
72 golf cars are available, additional golf cars may be rented in blocks of 10
